Shipping policy

QRoses now delivers across the Iberian Peninsula (mainland Portugal and mainland Spain). We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Our Delivery Service is Organized as Follows:

• Lisbon region: Same-day delivery, Monday to Sunday.

• Mainland Portugal: 24h delivery, Monday to Saturday.

• Madrid: 24h delivery, Monday to Saturday.

• Mainland Spain (except Madrid): 48h delivery, Monday to Saturday.

• France and Luxembourg: 24h delivery, Monday to Friday.

Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the timelines established by the transport company and the time the order is placed on the website. The customer will be informed of the expected delivery date through a specific notification email sent by QRoses.

The order is considered delivered when the product is received by the recipient indicated by the customer, upon signing the delivery receipt or, alternatively, at the pickup point provided by the carrier, upon request by the recipient. QRoses recommends that the recipient checks the condition of the products at the time of receipt and reports any discrepancies or complaints that may arise.

The risk of loss or damage of the purchased product is transferred to the customer when the carrier delivers it to the recipient or at the designated pickup point.
