Final sale items: fresh flowers cannot be returned, except in cases of defect, incorrect delivery, or quality issues.

In accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, we inform you that our returns policy distinguishes between perishable and non-perishable products, in compliance with applicable legislation.

Perishable Products (Fresh Flowers)

Due to their highly perishable nature, fresh flowers are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defect, delivery error, or proven quality issue.
Each order is carefully prepared and shipped with the utmost care to ensure freshness and quality.

In the event of transport damage, manufacturing defect, or any nonconformity, the Customer must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the order, via email: support@qroses.com.

QRoses will coordinate the return process directly with the Customer and will cover all shipping costs if the defect or issue is confirmed. When justified, the product will be replaced or refunded, in accordance with the law.

Non-Perishable Products (chocolates, wines, champagnes, or accessories)

For these products, the Customer has a legal period of 14 calendar days from the date of physical receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, provided that:
• The product has not been opened, used, or damaged;
• It is returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
