“I would like to sincerely thank the owners of this flower shop for their exceptional service and the way they handled a very difficult delivery situation. Unfortunately, the original bouquet was not delivered due to problems with the courier service. However, instead of simply apologising and leaving it there, the owners went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. They personally prepared a new bouquet and drove all the way from Cascais to the Algarve to deliver it themselves, making sure that the flowers arrived in time and that the celebration was not ruined. This level of responsibility, care and dedication is incredibly rare. They stayed in contact throughout the whole situation and genuinely cared about making things right. For me, this is what truly outstanding customer service looks like. I can wholeheartedly recommend this flower shop. Huge thanks to the owners for their professionalism, kindness and for making such an extraordinary effort.”

Recomendado.”
