This legal notice (the “Legal Notice”) governs access and navigation on the website www.qroses.com (the “Site”). This Legal Notice binds any person who accesses the Site (the “Customer”).

Please note that by browsing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the following documents: this Legal Notice, our Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policy. If you do not agree with any of these texts, you should not access or use the Site.

The original version of this Legal Notice was written in Portuguese. However, QRoses may provide customers with courtesy translations of this Legal Notice into other languages (for example, in English and Spanish). In the event of a contradiction between the versions, the Portuguese version shall prevail.

Conditions of Access and Use of the Site

Access to and use of the Site is permitted only to individuals over eighteen (18) years old. Neither access nor the purchase of products offered on the Site requires the creation of a customer account.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

QRoses owns the intellectual and industrial property rights to the Site and all related elements. This includes, for example: All rights to the source code, object code, interface, databases, and other elements of the Site. All content on the Site (images, texts, videos, etc.). All rights to QRoses’ registered trademarks, trade names, and other distinctive signs.

Customers are not authorized to reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, or transform the Site or its content.

For example, this means that customers may not extract or reuse, in whole or in part, the information available on the Site, whether the extraction is done using automated techniques (screen-scraping, bots, spiders, etc.) or manually.

Permitted Uses of the Site

As a customer of the Site, you acknowledge and agree to make appropriate use of it. The following list includes, by way of example, some of the commitments you assume:

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice and the access to and use of the Site are governed by Portuguese law.

If you are a consumer or customer under the applicable legislation, when required by law, we will submit any dispute related to this Legal Notice and the access to and use of the Site to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of your place of residence. In all other cases, whenever permitted by law, you and we expressly waive our own jurisdiction and agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Lisbon.

Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Conflicts

For any dispute or issue related to the Website, Portuguese law in force at the time will apply.

The present Terms of Sale are subject to Portuguese law, with all cases prioritizing the rights recognized under consumer protection legislation. The Customer may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
